Overview
Flying from sin. . .
Andrew Rossiter has used his gorgeous body and angelic face for all they're worth—shocking the proper, seducing the willing, and pleasuring the wealthy. But with a tiny son depending on him for rescue, suddenly discretion is far more important than desire. He'll have to bury his past and quench his desires—fast. And he'll have to find somewhere his deliciously filthy reputation hasn't yet reached.
...into seduction
Miss Gemma Peartree seems like a plain, virginal governess. True, she has a sharp wit and a sharper tongue, but handsome Mr. Ross wouldn't notice Gemma herself. Or so she hopes. No matter how many sparks fly between them, she has too much to hide to catch his eye. But with the storms of a Scottish winter driving them together, it will be hard enough to keep her secrets. Keeping her hands to herself might prove entirely impossible. . .
Review: Strikingly provocative. I am in love. This comes as no great shock. For the person deemed worthy of my devotion is the tortured and tormented hero, Andrew Rossiter in award-winning, Regency romance author Maggie Robinson’s latest, MASTER OF SIN. I knew the moment Rossiter stepped on the pages with his gorgeous face and killer body that I would be desperate to read all about this very bad boy. Picking up a book by Robinson is an unadulterated, erotic journey. Abandon what you believe about romance books and surrender to the intricate and intimately powerful pleasure of MASTERS OF SIN. I know that once you submit to the potency of Robinson’s mighty pen, you will be a devoted fan from that day forward.
Andrew Rossiter has used his beautiful body and gorgeous face for all their worth. He has earned a brilliant living by shocking the ton and pleasuring the powerful. Now, he is in

I have been a devoted fan from the moment award-wining romance author Maggie Robinson’s The Courtesans Courts series appeared on the scene with her fabulous first installment, MISTRESS BY MISTAKE. Who knew that four books later and with her latest, MASTER OF SIN, just released that the series would surpass all that I imagined it would? Readers should prepare themselves to be pulled into an erotic world that is uniquely Robison. I know there are readers who, like me, were desperate to find out what happened to Andrew Rossiter as a child to turn him into the wickedly seductive man he was when he appeared in Robinson’s MISTRESS BY MARRIAGE. I admit, I fell deeply under Andrew’s spell and could not wait for his story to come to light. Robinson never, ever disappoints her readers. The character of Andrew Rossiter embodies what a reader longs for in our uber alpha male hero: tortured, tormented, with demons chasing at his heels. He is a devilishly wicked rogue that makes our hearts skip and our knees weak. Robinson simply floors me with how she skillfully uses imagery to breathe life into her characters, captivating readers’ hearts and imaginations.
MASTER OF SIN is one of my favorite Maggie Robinson’s books. I have been desperate - and I do mean desperate - to read more about this temptingly sinful character. Andrew Rossiter is the main reason I contacted Maggie Robinson, begging for a review copy to read. I could no longer take the anticipation and was driven to find more about him and see the woman that Robinson could create for this very, very bad boy. Gemma Peartree will steal your heart, as she did Andrew’s, when he came upon her rising from the wash tub with the candlelight dancing on her almond brown skin. Robinson is one of those writers who go above and beyond what you would expect in giving her readers a heart-wrenching and gripping story. She draws in her readers with her skillful crafting of characters. Robinson’s greatness in creating Gemma and Andrew as living, breathing characters is pure magic. She allows her readers to delve deep into the sorrows and the triumphs of her characters.
I am a firm believer that characters make the story. Robinson doesn’t disappoint in MASTER OF SIN. The cast is headed by our tormented and much loved hero, Andrew Rossiter. Robinson gives him a most perfect woman in the tiny Italian spit-fire, Gemma Peartree, who never backs down from Andrew; she gives just as good as she gets. Readers will fall in love with Andrew’s young son, Marc, who plays a pivotal role in Andrew realizing that he could be selfless and love someone so deeply that he would sacrifice his life. There are also a few characters on this cold, dank Scottish isle that will give readers a giggle, making them come back for more.
MASTER OF SIN is a beautifully written story of a man who believes that because of whom and what he was in the past that he is unworthy of love. He is adamant that there is no one on the earth that could accept him, faults and all, until Gemma Peartree steps into his life, turning his beliefs upside down. Robinson’s characters come alive in a complex and complicated emotional journey through sassy dialogue that had this reader reading passages over and over to make sure I experienced the highs and lows of this very powerful and extremely enticing story.
